Q. When is my order charged?

A. Orders are charged at the time of placement.

Q. Can I cancel or modify my order?

A. 66 Death Machine is using the 'print on demand' model at the moment. If you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, we 'could possibly' be able to cancel or modify it for you.. Once the order goes into fulfillment stage, it is no longer eligible for modification or cancellation.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept all major credit cards. If you wish to send us a cashiers check or money order, please contact us for our address.

Q. When can I expect my order to arrive?

A. Processing time is usually 2-4 business days. Shipping times depend on your location. Usually within 3-6 days.

Q. How much does shipping cost?

A.. Any and all sized orders ship for a flat rate of $3.95 to the 50 United States. Orders are shipped via USPS.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. At the moment, we can only accept orders from the 50 US states. We will offer international orders and shipping options at some point in 2026. 

Q. Why is there a slightly shiny or clear layer on my dark-colored shirt?

A. On some dark-colored shirts, you may notice a light or shiny coating over the printed area. This is a temporary base layer used during the printing process to help the design colors appear vibrant and durable. It’s completely normal and will naturally wash away within 3-4 regular wash cycles.

Q. My item is defective. What now?

A. Items that are received defective due to manufacturer defect are eligible for an exchange of the same item only. Please email us a picture of the defect and we will work with you on a solution. Refunds will not be accepted due to buyers remorse or sizing issues. Please refer to our sizing chart prior to ordering. We do not offer cash refunds on any orders. Credits only.

 

Q. What is your official return/exchange policy?

A. Being that we are a print on demand company at the moment, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds, outside of manufacturers' defects, in which 'make goods' will be offered. Refunds and Exchanges are not offered due to buyers remorse or sizing issues. Please refer to our sizing chart prior to ordering and/ or reach out to us prior to submitting your order. Any refunds that are accepted will not include the cost of the initial shipping to yor back to you.

Q. Do you offer wholesale?

A. Not at the moment but perhaps in the future.
